Out-of-Network Session Rate: my standard rate for out-of-network sessions is $200 for individual therapy and $250 for couples therapy. Sliding scale options are available. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network coverage.
