Hi, I'm Nick Jones.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy knowing something isn't right but are unsure exactly what the cause of their problems is. Relationships may keep ending the same way, friendships may feel distant, or life may feel unfulfilling despite doing everything you thought you were supposed to do. Together, we will slow down, get to the root of what is going on, and work toward a life that feels more like your own.
Therapy with me is a conversation between equals, not something stiff or clinical. I'm direct yet casual, and will share honest observations. Whatever brings you to therapy, I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
You don't have to be in crisis to start therapy. Plenty of people come in to therapy simply because they want more out of their lives and feel stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to challenge yourself, and live in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Out-of-Network Session Rate: my standard rate for out-of-network sessions is $125 for individual therapy. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network coverage.
