Whether you're navigating stress, disconnection, or inner conflict, my aim is to support you in building the emotional and psychological tools you need to feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
As a depth-oriented therapist, I help you explore how your past has shaped you and uncover the patterns and shadow aspects influencing your life today. Together, we reflect on your personality, how it functions in the world, and how you want to grow. This process can foster greater self-understanding, responsibility, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.
I aim to offer a compassionate, honest, and open space to support your unique path. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, creatives, medical and mental health professionals, and those drawn to spiritual frameworks and languages like astrology and tarot.
I’m based in Los Angeles and work with clients via telehealth throughout California. The right fit matters in therapy. A free 20-minute consultation gives us a chance to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and discuss how I work, including my sliding scale. I provide monthly receipts for those seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Out-of-Network Session Rate: My standard rate for out-of-network sessions is $250. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network coverage. Sliding scale options are available; please feel free to ask.
